Prohibited Activities
You may not use Payxem for any of the following:
Illegal Goods or Services
- Sale or distribution of illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
- Counterfeit products, pirated software, or stolen goods
- Unlicensed financial services or investment schemes
- Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices
- Creating fake invoices or charging for services not delivered
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements
- Misrepresenting yourself, your business, or the nature of transactions
- Processing payments on behalf of another business without authorization
Restricted Industries
- Gambling, betting, or casino operations
- Adult content or services
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Cryptocurrency exchanges or investment platforms (unless pre-approved)
- High-risk financial services
Abusive Behavior
- Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at other users or our support team
- Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or phishing attempts
- Attempting to access another user’s account without permission
- Interfering with the platform’s security or functionality
Sanctions and Embargoes
- Transactions involving countries, entities, or individuals subject to economic sanctions
- Violations of export controls or trade embargoes
Misuse of Public Pages (Digital Card, Portfolio, Pay Links)
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organization on pxem.link/@username, {username}.payxem.com, or any Payxem-hosted pay page
- Registering or using a username that infringes a trademark, is a government or regulator name, is a payment-platform brand, or is otherwise on the reserved-subdomains list
- Squatting on usernames with the intent to resell, ransom, or block legitimate claimants
- Publishing misleading services, fake testimonials, fake verification marks, or content designed to deceive buyers
- Hosting adult content, gambling content, political campaign material, or regulated financial advice on Portfolio or Card pages without prior written authorization from Payxem
- Embedding malware, phishing forms, redirect chains, or obfuscated scripts on any Payxem-hosted page
- Abusing the Portfolio quote-request or Card contact flows to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk outreach
User Responsibilities
You Must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Use your real identity and business details
- Deliver goods or services as described in your invoices
- Respond to customer disputes in good faith
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
You Must Not:
- Share your account access with unauthorized parties
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse our fee structure
- Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise our platform
Compliance Requirements
Know Your Customer You are responsible for verifying the identity of your clients and ensuring transactions are legitimate.
Tax Obligations You must comply with all tax reporting and payment obligations in your jurisdiction. Payxem does not provide tax advice.
Data Protection You must handle customer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Payment Processor Terms You must also comply with the terms of service of the payment processors you use through Payxem (such as card processors and payment gateways).
Monitoring and Enforcement
We Reserve the Right To:
- Monitor transactions for suspicious activity
- Request additional information or documentation to verify compliance
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Withhold funds pending investigation of policy violations
- Refuse service to any user at our discretion
We Are Not Required To:
- Monitor all user activity or transactions
- Investigate every dispute or complaint
- Provide advance notice before suspending an account for serious violations
Account Suspension or Termination
If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy, we may:
Immediate Actions:
- Suspend your account and freeze pending withdrawals
- Block access to the platform
- Withhold funds for investigation
Permanent Actions:
- Terminate your account
- Forfeit any pending balances for policy violations involving fraud or illegal activity
- Report violations to payment processors, which may affect your ability to use their services elsewhere
You Will Be Notified: We will notify you of account suspension or termination via the email address on file, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
Appeals and Disputes
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:
- Contact us at support@payxem.com within 30 days
- Provide evidence supporting your appeal
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
Our decision after review is final.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Forfeiture of funds obtained through prohibited activities
- Legal action, including civil claims or criminal prosecution
- Reporting to regulatory authorities or law enforcement
- Sharing of violation details with payment processors and financial institutions
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Payxem after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately to:
