Everything you need to know to start receiving international payments with Payxem.
1 Visit app.payxem.com and enter your email to sign up.
2 Click "Send Magic Link". A secure login link will be sent to your email.
3 Click the magic link in your email. You are now logged in.
After logging in, you see your dashboard with everything at a glance:

Go to Profile from the bottom navigation. Fill in these required fields:
Optional but recommended:
KYC is required before you can withdraw money. It protects everyone on the platform.
1 Go to Profile
2 Click "Verify Identity"
3 You will be taken to our verification partner
4 Take a photo of your ID and a selfie
5 Wait for approval (usually a few minutes)
1 Go to Invoices tab and click "New Invoice"
2 Enter your client's email (required) and name
3 Add line items with description, quantity, and price
4 Choose your options:
5 Click "Create & Send"
Your client receives the invoice by email with a "Pay Now" link.
All your invoices appear in the Invoices tab. You can:
Draft: Saved but not sent to client yet.
Sent: Client received the invoice and can pay.
On Hold: Client paid. Money held for 7 business days (security clearance).
Completed: Hold period over. Money in your available balance.
Every user gets a personal payment link:

Set your username in Profile to activate it.
1 Share your link on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, or portfolio
2 Client opens the link and enters the amount
3 Client pays by card or crypto
4 Money goes to your Payxem wallet
You can turn the processing fee on or off from the Payment Links tab using the toggle switch.
Create fixed-price links for your services. The amount is pre-set so clients just click and pay.
1 Go to Payment Links from the side menu
2 Click "+ New Link"
3 Enter title, amount, description, and slug
4 Click "Create Link"
Your service link: app.payxem.com/p/yourname-slug
Pending: Money on hold for 7 business days after payment. Cannot withdraw yet.
Available: Money cleared and ready to withdraw.
Net Earned: Total earned after all fees.
1 Go to Ledger
2 Click "Request Withdrawal"
3 Enter amount and choose method:
4 Submit. The system will review your request and approve payout.

Processing fee option: By default, "Pass processing fee to client" is ON, a fee (2.9% + $0.30) is shown to your client at checkout, so you receive the full amount. If you turn it OFF, the fee is deducted from your earnings instead. You can set this per invoice or payment link.
7-day hold: All payments are held for 7 business days before release. This is standard across PayPal, Stripe, and all payment platforms. Weekends and holidays do not count.
Earn XEM points by using Payxem. Redeem them for real money.
1000 XEM = $1 USD. Minimum 1000 XEM per redemption, maximum 10,000 XEM per month. Redeemed amount is added to your available balance instantly (no hold).
Every new user earns a 1000 XEM joining bonus across 4 milestones: Signup (100), Profile complete (100), KYC approved (300), First payment received (500).
Earned XEM, from invoice payments (1 XEM per $1 NET received). Always redeemable once you are KYC-verified, no extra gate.
Bonus XEM, joining bonus + referral bonuses. Unlocks for redemption once you receive your first $30+ completed payment. Until then, only earned XEM can be redeemed.
Invite freelancers and earn up to 5× 1000 XEM ($5 lifetime), a full mirror of each referred user's joining bonus (100 + 100 + 300 + 500). Unlocks after the referred user receives $50+ NET within 60 days of signup; otherwise the mirror is reversed.
Go to Referrals from the side menu to copy your referral link.
Tap the bell icon to see all notifications: payments received, hold releases, withdrawals, and more.
Enable push notifications in Profile to get alerts even when not on the website.
