Cookie Policy - Payxem
Last updated: 24 April 2026
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, improve your experience, and provide analytics about how the site is used.
Payxem primarily uses local storage and session storage (similar browser technologies) rather than traditional cookies. These work the same way but are managed by your browser and are not sent to servers with every request.
Where this policy applies
This policy covers all Payxem-owned surfaces, including:
payxem.com(this marketing site)app.payxem.com(the Payments web app)pxem.linkandpxem.link/@username(your Digital Business Card){username}.payxem.com(your Portfolio page)hi.payxem.com(legacy cards host)
Payxem public pages (Cards, Portfolios, pay links) generally do not set tracking cookies for visitors. Request-level logs (IP, user agent, referrer, country) may still be recorded to prevent abuse, rate-limit traffic, and power the page owner’s analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details on public page visitor logs.
